Debt Investments

Impact Africa Capital Partners provides unsecured debt loans to certain individuals and community lending organizations in East Africa. Through this model, we indirectly provide financial services to those that do not have access to typical bank loans due to low-income or lack of credit history and assets.

Private Equity Investments

Impact Africa Capital Partners was founded to provide seed funding for profit-driven private equity investments into East African companies that have a business model that confers a positive health, social, economic or environmental impact.

In addition to targets for gains in financial return, we establish quantifiable impact metrics related to health, social, economic or environmental impact prior to funding an opportunity. Companies in our portfolio measure these aspects of their business which are reported along with financial progress to our investors.

Advisory Services

Impact Africa Capital Partners may also provide advisory services to guide and help connect African business and investors.

Geography

Africa is the target region for investment, with a focus on East Africa, specifically, but not limited to Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda.
